‘Greek’ Banana Split

greek splitThis was my breakfast this morning. It was quite YUMmy.

“Greek” Banana Split

10 Almonds
1/2c  (I used) Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 banana – sliced
2 TBS (I used )Sugar free chocolate syrup.

"Greek" Banana Split


  • 10 Almonds
  • 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt your choice - non fat, light or regular
  • 1 banana - sliced
  • 2 TBS chocolate syrup your choice - regular or sugar -free.


  • Take the slices of banana and layer the bottom of your bowl.
  • Put 1/2 cup Greek yogurt on top of banana slices.
  • Top with sugar free chocolate syrup.
  • Add almonds.
