Cast Iron Cooking: Blue Cheese (or Feta) Chicken (or Pork) and Bacon
This is an old standby that I have made numerous times. I loved to cook it in my cast iron skillet on broil in the oven. You can use pork chops or chicken. Both turn out really well.
The recipe is very simple. Cook as many pieces of meat you need. Sprinkle it with blue cheese or feta crumbles and then wrap with bacon. Add a can of green beans and a tablespoon of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until meat is done to your liking. Be sure to flip often.
Sounds tasty.
