I just love taking photos of my food.
Sad thing is, I forget to post them.
I already have posts scheduled for that day and I am not sure how to fit the rest of the photos into the post.
This is a Kangaroo Salad Pocket which I stuffed with tomato, spinach, and tomato. Then their are lettuce leaves with lean turkey and a 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole brand guacamole.
- 1 pita pocket
- 2-3 tomato slices
- 4 slices lean turkey
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 packed of 100 calorie Wholly Guacamole
- If using the whole pita pocket, cut the pocket in half.
- Spread the guacamole on one side of each pocket then layer your ingredient.
- If you are only using ½ of the pocket, you will have extra lettuce and can use them to 'roll-up' your leftover pocket ingredients.
