Grew up with cast iron and it took me a while to adjust to regular pans. Heavy, but they work well.

I still have to tell Big M the he can't cook past Med. heat in a cast iron skillet or they burn everything!LOL. I love them for grilling , camping and the oven because you can just toss it into a one pan meal.
