Ah-Choo! Pardon the Dust on Nevermore Lane

Darkness FallsMy gosh you guys!

Pardon the dust. Seriously.

I have been working behind the scenes on this space of mine that I haven’t even taken the time to post an update here.  A lot has changed in my little home on Nevermore Lane; starting with the change in environment.  Before I get in to all of that, I just have to say it was FOUR years ago that I published my first full book of poetry! eeeck!

Now back to life:

Three weeks ago I divided up our material possession and the family, packed the house, loaded a Uhaul and took my portion of the family and moved to the next chapter in my life.

Meaning:

I took my possessions such as clothing, some furniture, my business products and things of that nature. I took Tink and Casey while leaving Ziggy behind to stay with Matt and Madison. The husband and I are in the process of a divorce.

This news might come as a shock to some. For others who have followed our journey in other outlets, it may not. Sometimes two people can have all the love in the world for each other, but that doesn’t mean they are good together. And, unfortunately, we were not.

This space started as another outlet for me to speak outside of all the food over on YUM eating. It was going to be a family project with kiddo doing videos and toy reviews, Matt was going to do some of his woodworking projects and I was going to share my crafting and diy outlets.

All of that has changed now.

It has taken me a while to figure things out, but I know now what I want to do.

Thank you for sticking around on my journey. A whole new one awaits. I’m excited to share all of these changes and life adventures with you here on Nevermore Lane.

    1. Thank you. Yes, we do love and care about each other a great deal. But we are better as friends. And that is ok, sometimes that happens. I never understand why people get so mean when they divorce. Trying to keep children and such from the other spouse. It really isn’t necessary and never ends up hurting the adult, but rather the children.
