Banana Pop Smoothie
Have you ever had a frozen chocolate covered banana?
Are you a fan?
If so, then you will love this Banana Pop Smoothie! I’ve been trying to work on some new recipes and variations of old recipes for my new smoothie / protein powder book. Things are going slow because it’s so hard for me to get creative with smoothies when most of the ingredients are cold and it’s freezing outside! But, I know there are folks out there who drink smoothies year-round. I am one of them, even though it can be hard. I’m really hoping to get my book done by 2015 …so you know, I can push it during the big New Years Resolution ( weight loss) boom. I’m not ashamed. LOL
I love a quick breakfast. Especially one that has a lot of goodies in it and you won’t even know. Part greenie, party dessert. Total yum.
I’ve got a contest coming up very soon for some wonderful protein powder. So keep your eyes peeled ( or just bookmark this post) for that giveaway.
