Another Utensil to Add to My Collection

I hope you caught my post about my DIY Utensil Holder. One reader left a pretty inspiring comment about how if one had more than one rake end you could stagger them on your wall.

And hey, guess what? I might have to do that. After testing out this 2-in-1 Zester + Grater from The Busy Hedonist, I’m going to need another one to hang thing handy dandy item on, as well as continuing to clear the overflowing utensil drawer.

I was a little worried at first that the grater was too long and it was going to bend or break under the pressure of some food items.

I grated cheese, and ginger; zested an orange and a lemon and even used to grate some garlic. I was quite surprised at the quality and how well it held up to a cheese addict like me.

I love the orange handle because I can easily find it in my overflowing drawer.  I also liked that it came with a protective sleeve to help preserve the sharpness of the blade and to keep you from slicing your finger when digging around in your drawer.
