Beautiful On the Outside – Update & Review

Beautiful on the Outside original post – winner announced! Congrats to Marsha S.

Now let’s get on to the nitty gritty of my own experience shall we?

But first I must apologize for my delay. It took a long time for me to get through the bottles. It says you must was your hair every day – but I don’t wash my hair every day. My hair is a big mess of curly stuff and sometimes it is just impossible for me to wash it every day. I like to wash it daily. Mostly because of the products I use. When I blow dry it straight there is no need for me to wash it the next day.

We also had some problems with our well which meant it was impossible for me to wash my hair.

I had some issues this summer.

At any rate what I can tell you is that I did notice some changes in my hair. My hair did grow. My hair did have some texture changes as fair as I could tell differences in the structure when I used the FAST shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt stronger and cleaner instantly. What I really liked was that their were no harsh chemicals in the products. I felt I was giving my hair a spa treatment every time I washed and conditioned.

My hair DID grow – however it should be noted that I cannot at this time state 100% that it was due completely to the products because of the amount of time that passed between the before and after photos. My hair does grow rather quickly. There is also the change in hair pattern. In the before photos my hair was dry and somewhat of a wave. I also had a photo where it was wet and combed. In the newer after photo (which I took Monday morning – same shirt) my hair was wet and curly. I tried to do as close to the original photo as possible. However, taking selfies is not my specialty.

Take all these things into consideration. Yes, my hair grew. How must was due to FAST and how much was due to natural hair growth I do not know. However I do believe that FAST helped with growth and I firmly believe it helped with structure and strength. I can give my thumbs up and recommend this product based on that.  I believe if your hair is damaged or if you are facing slow growth I do believe it will help with damaged structure and give you a healthier base to work with, although you might need more than one bottle to repair damage and continue with growth.

The best part is that I am very close to being able to donate my hair again. Bad part is those posts are on my other website that is next in line for a makeover now that YumEating.com is done. More to Life will be getting a makeover too. Not sure when – but at least I have decided to keep my battle with PCOS site alive!
