Color Vibe 5k and C25k Program

In my quest be to best by 40, I have gotten up, dusted myself off, and got back on track with my C25k program. I took some time off because I was so stressed about finishing grad school, issues with my freelance writing, research papers, and my husband being home more that I just couldn’t fit everything in. Not to mention – I had zero time for myself outside of working on grad school stuff.

I am DONE now! Yah! I finally have my MBA!
To help push me in the right direction and hopefully keep me motivated I want to participate in Flint’s Color Vibe on September 21. (I have another announcement tomorrow, so you will have to come back!)

I think this fun run will help me finish the C25k program. I had to go back a few weeks and do a day, then go forward and do a day. I think I am ready to pick back up where I left off which was Week 5 if I remember correctly.

 

Looks like a lot of fun to me!
