My daughter loves using Coconut Oil on her skin! She uses it to whiten her teeth also, and to make body scrubs!
I am using coconut oil a lot more. I use it in cooking. My hair in the winter to keep it from getting really dry. My feet. As a lotion. I mix it with essential oils for migraine relief and to mend other ailments. It is so wonderful.
Ok, I guess the title needs to be flipped around for me. I didn’t realize argan oil, jojoba oil and evening primrose oil could be used for cooking!
Jojoba Oil was my go-to for the longest time.
I have used all the oils except the Avocado Oil. I will have to give the Avocado Oil a try for dry itchy skin. Argan Oil is my daily hair oil – I have long coarse curly hair – the Argan Oil is the best oil I have ever used in my hair.
I think out of all of these I have sesame oil. Who knew all these oils had different uses. I find it very amazing.
