If you feel as though you have been through a bit of a stressful time lately then this may indicate that you are having a hard time coping with things. This is understandable but you need to take note of the feelings you are experiencing so you can take steps to try and help yourself to negate this kind of stress in the future.
You Lack Energy
This is understandable if you feel as though you lack energy or feel tired all the time. That said, you do need to ensure that you do something about this. If you don’t, you may find that the issue only worsens and that you simply end up running yourself into the ground. If you want to make a change here, you can eat a better diet or even try to go out on more walks during the day. Short of this though, the only way for you to help yourself would be to change the source of your stress. If you find that you are drinking more because of the stress you are under then you may want to look into a detox.
Having Brain Fog
If you have a lot of brain fog then this is another sign that you are under a lot of stress and that you may be struggling to cope. Forgetting where you put your keys is one thing and you may even misplace your wallet from time to time too, but with that being said, if it’s happening more often than it should be then this is a sign that you may be struggling to cope. If you want to do something about this then make sure that you talk with a friend or even a family member.
Restlessness
If you are more restless than normal or just can’t concentrate on anything without fidgeting, this is a major sign that you are experiencing stress that is more than you can cope with. If you want to do something about this, then talk your feelings out with someone and let people know you are struggling. If you don’t, you may find that the feelings end up bottled up and come out in more prominent ways.
Burnout
Another sign that you may be struggling to cope with things would be if you have a lot of burnout. It may be that you struggle to focus on the things that matter and that you have no mental energy for anything. If this is the case, then you need to talk it out, or you should consider taking a burnout test from BrainManager to understand your current stress levels better. Please find out the reason for your burnout and take steps to try and stop it from impacting your life. If you don’t, you may find that you get worse with time and that your burnout becomes more visible to those around you.
