Have any of you heard of the T-Tapp system? Over the last few years I have heard it come up in a few online forums and places like My Fitness Pal and Sparkpeople. I remember looking it up on YouTube many years ago and thinking to myself it was just not my style.
But, what did I know? I guess as we age we tend to start looking at thing differently. The first T-Tapp video was uploaded EIGHT years ago! Oh hello. Now I am going to show my age here. My YouTube account is that old. So that got me to thinking. When did I post my first video? Yup. 8 years ago. Ugh. Oh, look at how pretty, cute and a LOT thinner I was.
So, true story. I had no idea that the Tapp in T-Tapp was actually the founders last name up until a few weeks ago when I decided to check out the book and workout program.
So what made me want to check out the program now?
Glad you asked.
I am currently dealing with chronic pain issues as a result of being overweight and the degenerative disc disease in my back that started before the big weight gain. I also have osteoarthritis in my hips. Because of this, high impact workouts are out. I do have a treadmill; which works for me fine, but most of the workout videos leave me in a ton of joint pain. Not just your typical exercise pain. I don’t know about you, but that is not something that motivates me to work out.
That’s how I came back around to the T-Tapp program. It is meant for people like me (and you) and works in a variety of ways. In her newest book “Fit and Fabulous” Teresa Tapp will help you lost up to 2 sizes in 4 weeks with her simple workout. But, let me tell you, don’t let the simplicity of these workouts fool you.
They pack one heck of a punch. I worked my way through the beginner video and 3 days later I could still feel it. I also got stuck with an allergy migraine. Ugh. So, I am getting back to the program!
It only takes 15 minutes a day!
What I love about this book is that it’s full of testimonies from so many folks. Many of whom felt they were defeated when it came to exercise, just like me. There is plenty of background information on the T-Tapp system and Teresa herself. The rest of the book is full of large photos and instructions. The best part is that this book comes with a DVD!
I just can’t get over some of the transformations on the website.
I am going to continue with the program and see how it works for me. I know I certainly have 15 minutes a day to commit to it.
