Try to get on a sleep schedule where you go to bed and wake up around the same time each day. As an adult, you should aim to get at least seven to nine hours of restful sleep per night. On the weekends, don’t be afraid to put your feet up and nap if you’re tired. Not getting enough quality sleep is one of the leading causes of feeling off mentally.
