Ingredients

cup
water
1/4
cup
ground flax seed
1
dash of salt
sugar free vanilla coffee syrup - to your taste
cinnamon - to your taste
1
packet of Splenda
Instructions
Boil 1/2 cwater.
Reduce heat.
Slowly add 1/4 ground flax seed (or flax meal).
Stir.
Add a dash of salt.
Add Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Syrup.
Continue stirring.
Add 1 packet of Splenda.
Mix well.
Place in bowl.
Garnish with cinnamon on the top.
Eat warm.
