Ingredients
2-3
lbs
of sliced beef
3/4 - 1
jar
Bibigo Original Korean BBQ Sauce
2
green onion
diced
2
TBSP
oil
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Instructions
Slice beef into strips against the grain.
Add beef, onion, salt and pepper to a large bowl.
Add BBQ Sauce.
Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
A oil to wok and heat pan.
Add beef mixture.
Cook beef until it's to your liking.
Serve with lettuce wraps, rice or enjoy plain.
