Ingredients

chicken stock
2
avocado
peeled
1
tbs
minced garlic or 3 fresh cloves
1
tbs
lemon juice
parsley
optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend well, until smooth.
Place in dish with lid.
Allow to chill 3-4 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
Garnish with parsley (optional.)
