Morselicious Sugar-Free Carob Chip Cookies

mo 1

Who doesn’t love homemade chocolate chip cookies? I know I do. But I also know I don’t always love all of the junk you find in them.

These little gems are made out of Mac n Mo’s  Morselicious Mix.  And I make them sugar-free. Sugar-free cookies you say? Oh yes, sugar-free cookies I say. And they are YUMmy!

The mix is:

  • Vegan
  • Gluten-Free
  • No GMOs
  • Kosher
  • No Sodium
  • No Sugar
  • No Sweeteners
  • No Preservatives

Ingredients: Brown rice, almonds, unsweetened coconut, flax meal and spices.

I was fortunate to receive a bag of Mac N Mo’s  Morselicious Mix from Maura “Mo” Knowles The Morselist herself. When the brown bag arrived I was in craft heaven. I love brown paper craft and I knew I was about to craft something good. The minute you open the bag you can smell some of the spices. My nose knows…but I won’t give it away.

Kiddo and I baked up these little mini cookies using some unsweetened carob baking chips I had picked up on the clearance rack.

These little cookies turned out really good and I felt even better about giving them to my family.

Hmm… I guess I better start purchasing some of Mac-n-Mo’s Morselicious Mix, especially since I read that you can use it to make pancakes! YUMMMMMM! Thanks Chrystal for sharing!

    1. I have used her mix with a little extra flax meal and almond powder to make pancakes. That recipe is coming soon!

Chrystal, thanks so much for sharing this with our Let’s Get Real readers. I hope you come back to visit us often. Morelicious Mix is new to me. I will have to hop on over to their site and check it out. I love to hear that you cook with your child. Memories and life lessons to last a lifetime.

    1. I cook with kiddo every weekend when she is here. Its my favorite time to spend with her because I get to teach her all the things my mom and grandma taught me. Mo Mix is awesome and the lady who created is really great.

Thanks a million morsels for sharing your recipes using our MORSELICIOUS Mix, Chrystal! Can’t wait to hear/see your other creations! I’m giving it 4 stars ONLY because I prefer to use fruit as a sweetener or pure stevia, but YOU are a 10 + in my book!
    🙂

    1. I normally use Stevia or other clean products. But I am a stickler for not throwing things away and using them. I was out and only had splenda left so I used that. I’m still cleaning out my cabinets as I switch to more clean eating!

  4. Glad to hear it, Chrystal! 🙂
Thanks for replying and email me directly if you want me to share with you something another health-foodie told me a couple years ago..
    Have a MORSELICIOUS Saturday!
